AuxoAI builds around embedded enterprise teams as it raises $20.7 million

AuxoAI, founded in 2023, has built its enterprise AI business around working inside customers’ operations. Its founding team comprises Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh and Kabir Singh. The company pairs business strategy with engineering, aiming to move AI projects from demonstrations into systems employees can use in their daily work.

That approach relies on what AuxoAI calls forward-deployed experts: specialists who work alongside a customer to understand its processes before designing and implementing changes. The company says it has worked with more than 40 clients across sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, consumer goods and telecom. That client count is a company disclosure, not an independently audited measure of commercial scale.

Its Damia workbench is intended to make this delivery process reusable. AuxoAI describes a collection of agents, knowledge graphs and other assets that its teams can bring into engagements. The distinction matters: buying an AI model does not, by itself, establish which company data it should use, who can access it or how its outputs fit an existing approval process. For a services-led AI business, repeatable delivery is an important question alongside technical capability.

On 20 October, AuxoAI announced a $20.7 million Series A led by NTTVC. The company also named technology executives and strategic investors participating in the round. The announcement did not disclose a valuation.

AuxoAI plans to expand its global deployment talent and invest in its technology and delivery capabilities. The next test is whether those investments make customer implementations more repeatable without losing the industry-specific understanding on which its model depends. Funding provides resources for that effort; it is not evidence that every deployment has delivered the promised returns.
